Terms of Service

This document governs the use of wildflowercases.com and the provision of hydro-technical engineering services by w.i.l.d.f.l.o.w.e.r.c.a.s.e.s. All users and clients are bound by the conditions stated below.

1. Scope of Services

Engineering Deliverables

w.i.l.d.f.l.o.w.e.r.c.a.s.e.s. provides industrial wastewater treatment design, filtration infrastructure optimization, and regulatory compliance consulting under Canadian engineering standards. Deliverables include process flow diagrams, equipment specifications, hydraulic calculations, and compliance reports. All services are performed in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Fisheries Act (Canada), section 36, and provincial environmental regulations.

2. Client Responsibilities

Data and Access

The client must supply accurate site data, including effluent flow rates, contaminant profiles, existing infrastructure drawings, and any prior compliance correspondence. Access to the facility for on-site inspections and sampling must be granted within 14 days of request. Delays in data delivery may extend project timelines without liability to w.i.l.d.f.l.o.w.e.r.c.a.s.e.s.

3. Limitation of Liability

Professional Duty

w.i.l.d.f.l.o.w.e.r.c.a.s.e.s. exercises professional diligence in all engineering work. Liability is limited to the total fee paid for the specific project phase giving rise to the claim. In no event shall w.i.l.d.f.l.o.w.e.r.c.a.s.e.s. be liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to production downtime, regulatory fines, or third-party claims arising from the client’s failure to implement recommended measures.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership of Work Product

All engineering drawings, calculations, reports, and process designs produced by w.i.l.d.f.l.o.w.e.r.c.a.s.e.s. remain the intellectual property of w.i.l.d.f.l.o.w.e.r.c.a.s.e.s. until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the intended project. Redistribution or reuse for other facilities without written consent is prohibited.

5. Termination

Cancellation and Suspension

Either party may terminate a project with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the effective date, plus any non-cancellable third-party costs. w.i.l.d.f.l.o.w.e.r.c.a.s.e.s. may suspend work immediately if the client fails to meet payment obligations or provide required data within 60 days of request.

6. Changes to Terms

Modification Notice

w.i.l.d.f.l.o.w.e.r.c.a.s.e.s. reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect 30 days after publication. Continued use of the site or engagement of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
